Iraq Expands Global Scholarship Program for 3,000 Students

Ali Razouqi, Deputy Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, explained the details of the initiative. He said the High Committee for the Development of Higher Education led the effort with strong coordination. The program follows the vision of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, who aims to reform Iraq’s education sector and prepare new leaders.

Razouqi emphasized that selection depended only on academic excellence. The committee chose top graduates from bachelor’s and master’s programs.Additionally, each participant earned their place through merit and dedication.As well as, he also noted that transparency guided the entire process. So, this approach built public trust and encouraged fairness among all applicants.
