The Ministry of Oil announced that it has completed the necessary procedures to resume the export of oil produced in the Kurdistan Region through Ceyhan Port, in accordance with the mechanisms outlined in the Budget Law and its amendments, and within Iraq’s production limit set by OPEC.

The ministry stated that the required procedures for resuming oil exports from the Kurdistan Region via Ceyhan Port have been finalized, following the agreed-upon regulations and production cap for Iraq within OPEC.

The ministry also called on the regional authorities to deliver the oil produced from the operating fields to the Oil Marketing Company to initiate exports through the Iraqi-Turkish pipeline and Ceyhan Port, in line with the contracts established with the designated companies.
